No cancellation & no refund once the order is paid.

Generally, we DO NOT accept returns/refund,

except for the following situations:

- Goods received in defective condition

- Wrong specification (wrong model/colour/sizes/items) [Eg: You ordered cases for iphone 13 pro max but we have mistakenly sent iphone 13 cases for you]

- Items Out of stock 

- Other situation at our (“Casetales” Team) discretion

*Personalized items are strictly not returnable/refundable (unless wrong items sent/defective)

Please note that all stickers are NOT refundable/ NOT returnable.

ALL SALES MADE are considered FINAL for stickers!!!

Only order when you are sure you will be able to apply/install the stickers well.
We are NOT responsible for any flaws/damages/defects when you apply the sticker.

As stickers involved the installation process by the customer themselves, the result of which may be affected by the level of proficiency/ installation skill of the customers.

In view of this, ALL SALES MADE are considered FINAL for stickers!!!

Feel free to contact us if there’s any issues upon receipt of uour orders. If we confirmed the items are defective and we are at fault, you’ll be able to choose either to:

-Returns & exchange  OR

- Returns & Refund

Returns & exchange
If you received goods in defective condition (which was caused by us) / wrong items,
you have [14] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Before initiating a return, please reach out to us so we can check if you are eligible for return & exchange. If you simply initiate a return without prior communication or consent from us, we WILL NOT consider it as a valid return and will not be making any refunds/exchanges to you.

Besides, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are eligible for a return & exchange, we will provide you the return shipping address. Once we received your item, we will inspect & notify you and proceed with exchange (sending a new one/correct item) to you. We can only change to the same item and unable to change to other items.

Returns & Refunds

The terms and conditions for Returns & Refunds are the same with Returns & Exchanges.

The only difference is that once we received your item, we will inspect it and if it meets all the rules stated above, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, all refunds will be in the form of IN-STORE CREDIT REFUND which is to be used for your next purchase. You will receive a unique promo code.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your in-store credit refund.

Q: If I mistakenly ordered for wrong model and upon receipt of package, I just realised that it is of wrong size and does not fit my phone, can I make a return/refund/exchange request?

A: We are regret to say that we do not accept returns/refund/exchange in this case as we have fulfilled your order based on your selection. If you wish to get the case for correct phone model, you can place a separate order and we will proceed your order after payment is made.
