Once you've made the payment, we cannot cancel your order because it is linked to our manufacturing facility and thus goes directly to our factory for processing.

However, if you realize you've selected the wrong phone model or specifications, or if you need to change your shipping address, you have a 24-hour window to contact us via email along with your order number, and we'll assist you with the necessary changes.
